The Court certifies the Action as a class action for settlement purposes only on behalf of the following Settlement Class, pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.220(b) and (b)(3). All persons who own or previously owned a flexible premium adjustable life insurance policy sold by MLICA between the period from January 2000 through July 7, 2008.
