PETER F. VALORI (vCard) focuses his practice on business litigation with a particular emphasis on corporate, real estate, employment, professional negligence, and trademark litigation. Mr. Valori is a member of the Florida bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida; and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

He is Chair of the Communications Committee and the Past Chair of the Business Litigation Committee for The Florida Bar Business Law Section. He is the Liaison from Florida Bar Business Law Section Business Litigation Committee to Florida Bar Business Law Section E-Discovery Rules Committee. He is also Chair of the Newsletter Subcommittee for The American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Business and Corporate Litigation Committee.  He is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of non-compete agreements, injunctions and electronic discovery.

Mr. Valori is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee of Educate Tomorrow, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting youth-in-need obtain higher education. Mr. Valori also represents abused and neglected children in dependency proceedings through Lawyers for Children America, Inc.

He graduated from Pennsylvania State University (B.S., 1991) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1994) where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review.
