Damian & Valori has a strong commitment to community service. Its attorneys are significantly involved in pro bono child advocacy through the Guardian Ad Litem office and Lawyers for Children America. The Firm’s attorneys have volunteered hundreds of hours each year advocating for abused children in Florida’s state dependency proceedings.

In addition, the Firm’s principals, together with others in the community, founded the non-profit Educate Tomorrow Corp. to meet the educational needs of children. Educate Tomorrow is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to reach out to disadvantaged individuals and guide them in obtaining further education. Educate Tomorrow strives to improve the lives disadvantaged young people by giving them the confidence, knowledge, motivation, and means to improve their lives through education.

In Miami-Dade County, Educate Tomorrow helps children who are in the foster care system or who are otherwise disadvantaged to attain post secondary education by matching the children or young adults with volunteers who will assist them in researching and applying for post secondary education and obtaining financial aid. In some cases, Educate Tomorrow provides the financial aid. Educate Tomorrow also provides academic and SAT tutoring to disadvantaged students to assist them in obtaining their educational goals.
