practices in the areas of Business
Torts and Contract Litigation, Employment Litigation and Real
Property Litigation. Prior to joining Damian & Valori
LLP as an attorney, Mr. Landy was a law clerk with the firm.
He was also a Certified Legal Intern in the State of Florida,
and while interning at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s
Office, Mr. Landy successfully tried four criminal cases in
the Juvenile Court.
Mr. Landy received his law degree from the University of Miami
School of Law (J.D., May 2007) and was a member of the University
of Miami Business Law Review. Mr. Landy was awarded Honors
recognition for Trial by the University of Miami School of
Law Litigation Skills program. Mr. Landy received a Bachelor
of Business Administration from the University of Miami in
2004. He double-majored in Marketing and Finance while serving
as both the Athletic and Academic Captain of the Men’s
Track and Field team.
Mr. Landy is a founding member of the Board
of Directors and the Vice President of Fun 4 Kidz, Inc., a
non-profit organization that works with professional athletes,
and the community, to provide programming and scholarships
for underprivileged children to participate in after school
sports and activities. He is a member of the South Dade Branch
Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
Mr. Landy also represents clients on a Pro Bono basis.
