Miami jury found real estate company Home Plus Realty Services,
Inc and the seller of an 8 unit Apartment Building guilty of fraud,
awarding the buyers, Ron Whittle and Bill Frye, $386,392 in damages.
The jury found that the seller Michael Blanchard and the agent,
Ramon F. Abreu of Home Plus Realty Services, Inc. intentionally
defrauded the plaintiffs when they induced a contract for a property
that was under threatened litigation."
